The Evangelism ministry works to spread the word about Calvary both inside the church and to the broader community. Calvary has a long history of welcoming visitors and making them feel comfortable - it is the goal of the evangelism ministry to ensure that we do all we can to maintain that sense of welcome.
The ministry team develops the church's advertising campaign and communications materials. Volunteers from this committee staff the Welcome Center in the Parish Hall during church events, providing information on the church to both visitors and members. Members of this committee also visit each of our first time visitors at their home, working to establish a connection and welcome feeling in the visitor.
The ministry is always in search of new members and others willing to help out with our work.
