Our Calvary Friends program offers new members guidance as they become a part of the Calvary community. We believe it is important to not just be a member of a church community, but indeed to be actively involved. However, we also recognize that finding your place in a new community can be daunting.
Once a prospective new member has attended the new member class, they are assigned a Calvary Friend. Calvary Friends are church members who are generally very involved in a variety of ministries and can offer insight and provide introductions to new members as they get to know the Calvary community better. Care is taken to match new members with Calvary friends with similar interests and/or life situations.
