Calvary members are committed to being messengers of the grace and love of God made visible in Jesus Christ. Those seeking a church home are welcome and invited to visit and explore membership in this congregation.
Calvary periodically receives new members, either by Profession of Faith or by Letter of Transfer from another church.
To join, prospective new members will need to one three-hour session, held most months on the last Sunday, 12:30-3:30 pm. Lunch will be provided, and all participants must read a short book prior to the class session. To register for the class, complete this new member form and return it to the office by the second Sunday of the month you plan to attend. For more information, contact the church office. Childcare is available for only selected months: February, April, September and October. Please let the office know if you will need childcare.

Confirmation ClassCalvary’s Confirmation Class is offered annually to youth in grade 7 and older. Beginning in September, interested young people begin their journey toward church membership with a mentor-based program, and they are Confirmed on Pentecost Sunday.
The curriculum used is “Making Disciples,” which is designed to help youth to claim the names “Christian” and “United Methodist.” In addition to weekly classes the youth also participate in a variety of field trips and often a retreat.
